Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BeyondBound, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following refund and cancellation policies:

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at bb@thebeyondbound.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product once received, in accordance with our return policy below.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at bb@thebeyondbound.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments and final sale products are non-returnable. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at bb@thebeyondbound.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
