● Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product page for specific return information.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

● Step 1: Start your return or exchange here within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and select the reason for the return or exchange.

● Step 2: Follow the instructions provided to pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and documentation. Ensure that the package is sent via a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds and Processing Time

● Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

● If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Exchanges

● If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please start your exchange here to ensure the desired item is available. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchange item at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

● Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

● Exchanges: Shipping costs for the exchange item are covered by BeyondBound.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please start a claim here. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or full refund if necessary.

7. Final Sale Items

● Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check the product description for details before purchasing.
